Alchemy Flow

In this 7 week series, you will be guided on a journey of transformation and unification by tapping into your internal alchemist through a sacred flowing and meditative practice. Internal Alchemy is the power that lies within us to shift and transform heavier dense energies to lighter more subtle ones. We will focus on the five elements - connecting to the grounded energy of the earth element, the nourishing and cleansing energy of water, the purifying and empowering energy of fire, the flexible and clarifying energy of air and the spiritual and divine energy of ether.  Class also includes asana, breathwork, mudras, subtle body practices, energetic transmissions and meditation that will awaken your inner alchemist and allow you to influence your energetic blueprint.
