Happy Baby


This Vinyasa practice is designed for mama and baby ages 6 weeks to one year. The class includes postures designed to stretch and strengthen the body, core and pelvic floor exercises, breath work, meditation and relaxation techniques.

This workshop for expecting mothers is designed to connect you more deeply with the sacred and beautiful journey of Pregnancy and prepare for your upcoming Birth and transition into Motherhood. This course runs over 4 weeks and works with the physical, emotional and energetic body through the incorporation of self regulation therapy, meditation, mindfulness, yoga techniques, ceremony, breath work, journaling and much more!

This workshop will teach you and your partner various tools and techniques to help you through labor and delivery. It will explore visualizations, meditation and pranayamas (focused yogic breathing) used to reduce fear and anxiety by promoting relaxation.

You and your partner will also learn gentle yoga asanas and movements with the support of a birthing ball to reduce pain and enhance progress in labor. Partners will learn hands on techniques including massage, acupressure and counter pressures along with positive affirmations that will help the mama to feel fully supported during labor. We will also discuss the stages of labour and the physiology of pain.

By providing expectant parents with a better understanding of pain, we will aim to lessen the fear associated with pain and childbirth and give mamas effective tools for pain management in labor. This workshop approaches birth from a yogic perspective but no previous yoga experience is required.

I combine Self Regulation Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy and Reiki in my healing sessions for mamas to be in order to prepare your mind, body and spirit for childbirth and motherhood. Benefits include; reducing access activation in your nervous system, resourcing your system, release physical and energetic restrictions, help you connect to your innate wisdom, instincts and inner strength, reduce fear and anxiety around childbirth and deepen your connection to your baby, body and partner.

I have over ten years of experience attending births and providing support for new mothers and their families. I integrate yoga techniques, nervous system support, reiki, cranial sacral therapy, crystal therapy and homeopathy into my birth support, creating a unique and holistic experience that takes into account mind, body, baby and spirit.
