PRANA VINYASA® YOGA
This practice is an invitation to experience the living energy of Prana Vinyasa®, a dynamic and holistic approach developed by Shiva Rea. Prana signifies the essential life force that enlivens all beings, while vinyasa reflects the natural cycles and waves of life.
In this creative and energetic practice, you'll harmonize with the five movements of Prana, learning to flow with the evolving rhythms and cycles that shape existence. It includes a full spectrum of practices—traditional and evolutionary namaskars, movement meditation, pranayama, mudras, and meditation—that reflect the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. Through this powerful yet playful practice, feel the sacred pulse of life as you flow with intention, embracing the power and grace that Prana Vinyasa® offers.

YIN YOGA
Surrender into the sweet, meditative, and nurturing practice of yin yoga. Rooted in traditional yin teachings, this class focuses on accessing the deeper connective tissues of the body through long, mindful holds and conscious breath. Each pose invites stillness and introspection, allowing you to release tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. This practice is a journey of self-discovery, inviting you to reconnect with your body and mind in a deeply restorative way.

VINYASA KRAMA YOGA
Vinyasa Krama Yoga is a traditional practice created by Srivatsa Ramaswami and based on the teachings of the legendary yogi Sri. T. Krishnamacharya. The class follows a movement and sequence methodological approach to yogasana (yoga postures), allowing for a deeper understanding of the primary postures.
Each asana is linked through a progressive, fluid and dynamic vinyasa sequence that synchronizes the breath to the movement. The focus on slow and smooth breath-work throughout helps to steady the mind and the body, elevating the level of mental peace (samadhana) and mind-body-spirit connection. This practice is accessible to all levels of yoga experience!

YOGA & REIKI
Release restrictions, de-stress and align mind, body and spirit through this powerful and rejuvenating practice of yoga and reiki. Sessions are tailored specifically for you and can include breath work, asana, meditation, mantra, subtle body work and supported with hands on reiki healing.
