Spring Equinox Workshop

The evening will include: ceremony, Ritual 108 – Prana Flow Pranams, yin yoga, and Japa Meditation.

Experience the power of ritual prana flow pranams, an embodied and evolutionary movement meditation practice created by Shiva Rea and the Global Mala Collective. I will guide you through an intention setting ceremony, followed by a dynamic and therapeutic practice that includes 108 prana flow pranams (whole-body prostrations), ending the night with a deeply restorative yin yoga practice accompanied by japa meditation. Through the sacred flow of the breath, prostration, prayer, and ritual, the practice brings about receptivity, surrender, renewal and reverence for the earth and the transition of the season.
