About the event
In this all-levels outdoor yoga class, we will move through a nurturing, balancing, and powerful practice linking conscious breath to movement inspired by the elements: water, air, earth, fire, and ether. A deeper understanding of the elements and their connection to our mind and body will allow for greater flow within your practice and your life. The class will encompass asana, pranayama (breath-work), mudras (symbolic hand gestures), meditation, chanting and relaxation.

Dates: Thursdays at 6:30 - 7:30 PM on July 25th, August 1st, 8th, 15th, and 29th Location: Mack Laing Nature Park
