About the event
This workshop for expecting mothers is designed to connect you more deeply with the sacred and beautiful journey of Pregnancy, Birth and transition into Motherhood.
Week 1: *MIND*
We will explore mindfulness, meditation, and self regulation therapy techniques designed to help reduce access activation held in the nervous system and observe and shift negative thought patterns and beliefs around pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
Week 2: *BODY*
We will explore pregnancy safe yoga postures, movement meditation, breath work and mudras designed to help you ground, relax and deepen trust and connection to your bodies, your inner wisdom and instincts.
Week 3: *BABY*
We will explore guided meditation, mantra, movements and hands on healing techniques to help you connect with baby.
Week 4: *INTEGRATION OF MIND-BODY-BABY*
We will move through a ceremony designed to connect all three aspects, mind, body and baby complete with guided meditation, pregnancy art, foot soaks, angel card readings and salt bowl of intentions.
