About the event
This class is designed to nourish, empower, and connect you to your baby, breath and body in a sacred practice designed specifically for mamas to be. This class will practice asana, pranayama, meditation, relaxation, pelvic floor exercises, yogic philosophy, and birth intention. Class is safe and accessible for all levels of yoga experience and any trimester. Taught by Nina Zettl of Freedom From Within Yoga - Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Childbirth Educator and Birth Doula.
When: Sunday 5:30 - 6:30 pm (10 week series)
