About the event
This class provides a nurturing and supportive environment for mamas to be! It is designed to optimize mamas mental and physical health through yoga, breath awareness, relaxation and guided meditations. We will explore pregnancy safe yoga postures designed to strengthen and stretch muscles needed during pregnancy and childbirth as well as pelvic floor awareness and exercises. Each week will explore a new pregnancy related theme to help you feel empowered and connected to your little one. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience and any trimester. Class is taught by Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher and Birth Doula, Nina Zettl who has over eight years of experience teaching prenatal yoga.
