Join me online for Shakti flow, a transformative and empowering yoga class designed to awaken the dynamic and creative energy within you. Rooted in the ancient philosophy of Shakti, the divine feminine energy, this class is a fusion of traditional yoga asana, creative and fluid sequencing, pranayama, mantra and meditation.Â
In Shakti flow, we honour the natural flow of energy in the body and embrace the essence of empowerment, strength and grace. This practice invites you tap into the inner reservoir of creativity, power, resilience, intuition, compassion and sensuality, while cultivating a sense of peace and tranquility.Â
Join us on the mat and embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment and the blissful union of Shakti Flow yoga.
