The Spring Equinox marks a sacred turning point. Day and night meet in equal balance, inviting us to reset and realign.
This year carries the bold, fast-moving energy of the Fire Horse. There is passion, momentum, and forward movement in the air. In times like this, tending the nervous system becomes essential. We are invited to kindle our inner fire while staying rooted, steady, and regulated.
Join Nina and JJ for an afternoon of movement, meditation, ceremony, and sound healing as we honor the shift into spring and consciously tend the fire within.
