As we experience the longest night of the year, we are invited to connect with our rich interior landscape, nurturing our dreams and passions with intention. This sacred time offers a unique opportunity to honor the transition into winter, allowing us to pause, dream, and set our intentions for the coming months.

Join Nina Zettl from Freedom From Within and JJ Goff from Inner Space Yoga and Sound for a rejuvenating evening filled with candlelight yin yoga, meditation, intention-setting ceremony, Sound & Reiki Healing and an immersive Alchemy Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. Together, we will create a soothing and receptive atmosphere, enhancing our ability to journey inward and embrace the stillness that winter brings.
