This nourishing practice begins with slow, breath-led flow—fluid and meditative—to awaken energy and prepare the body. Gradually, we transition into grounding yin postures held in stillness, inviting you to soften into the deeper layers of fascia, sensation, and presence. Rooted in lunar prana vinyasa and traditional yin teachings, this class supports restoration, introspection, and regulation of the nervous system. Through conscious breath and mindful movement, you’ll cultivate inner quiet, release accumulated tension, and gently align with the natural rhythms of the season. Join us for an 6-week registered session to enjoy a steady, progressive journey through summer, or opt for a drop-in class pass for flexibility and ease.
